DueDith

Terms of Service

Effective October 8, 2026

The short version: DueDith is a planning tool to help you keep track of bills and paydays. It isn't financial advice and doesn't pay anything for you. You're responsible for your own payments and decisions. Use it fairly, and you can stop or delete your account at any time.

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and DueDith ("DueDith", "we", "us") about your use of the DueDith website at duedith.com and any DueDith apps (together, the "Service"). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Who can use DueDith

You must be at least 13 years old to use DueDith. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. What DueDith does (and doesn't do)

4. Not financial advice

DueDith is a personal organization tool. Nothing in the Service, including suggestions such as which debt to pay first, is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You're responsible for your financial decisions and for paying your bills on time. Consider speaking with a qualified professional for advice about your situation.

5. Your account

6. Your data

The information you enter belongs to you. You give us permission to store, sync and process it only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We recommend using Settings → Back up data from time to time to keep your own copy.

7. Acceptable use

Please don't:

8. Paid features

DueDith is currently free. We may later offer optional paid features ("Premium"), such as reminders, cloud sync or savings and debt tools. If we do, prices and what's included will be shown before you buy. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by them, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings, and refunds follow their policies. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

9. Changes and availability

We're always improving DueDith, so features may change, be added or be removed. We try to keep the Service available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may change these Terms; we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using DueDith and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk. If we ever shut down the Service, we'll give reasonable notice where possible so you can export your data.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted or that calculations will be accurate for your situation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DueDith won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost money, missed or late payments, late fees, interest charges or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $10 if you haven't paid anything. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't take away any consumer protections you're entitled to under the laws of the country where you live.
