The short version: DueDith keeps the bills, income, goals and debts you enter so you can plan your money. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, we don't connect to your bank, and you can delete everything at any time.

1. Who we are

4. How we use your information

We don't use your financial entries for advertising, and we don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

5. Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run DueDith. They process data only on our behalf:

If DueDith is offered in app stores, Apple and Google will handle any purchases under their own privacy policies. We receive only what's needed to confirm a subscription, not your payment card details.

Our providers may store and process data in the United States and other countries. When you use DueDith from the Philippines or elsewhere, your information may be transferred to those countries, and we take reasonable steps to keep it protected as described in this policy.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including those under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and US state privacy laws, such as the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email duedithapp@gmail.com. You may also contact the National Privacy Commission (Philippines) or your local authority.

9. Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and database rules that let each account read and change only its own data. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your devices locked.

10. Children

DueDith is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as DueDith grows. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email.
